If something isn't working, the fastest way to reach us is My HUH → Report a problem in the app. It sends your note with the app's diagnostic log, so we can see what happened.
Subtitles say "Preparing subtitles"
Subtitles are made on your iPhone while you listen. After you skip ahead, the new position needs a moment to be transcribed. huh shows this state instead of subtitles that don't match the audio. If a section fails, tap Retry.
Which podcasts work?
Any show with a public RSS feed: search in the app, paste an Apple Podcasts link, or add the feed URL. Subtitles and explanations work for podcasts in English, Chinese, Japanese or Korean, when that language differs from your iPhone's language.
Subscriptions
Pro is billed by Apple. To cancel or change your plan, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. To restore a purchase on a new device, open the subscription page in huh and tap Restore Purchases.
Your data
To free up space, use My HUH → Local cache. To ask about or delete the data linked to your anonymous account, email us. See the privacy policy for details.
